1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RitualOS ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RitualOS. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Telegram Authentication

You must authenticate via Telegram to create a RitualOS account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

2.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RitualOS
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You may not create more than one account without explicit permission
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

3. Game Rules and Conduct

3.1 Acceptable Conduct

You agree to:

• Play fairly and not exploit bugs or glitches
• Respect other players and avoid harassment
• Not use third-party tools, bots, or automation
• Not engage in real-money trading of accounts or items
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting, cheating, or using hacks
• Farming Gold through automated means
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Selling accounts, Gold, or items for real money outside approved channels
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass game systems

3.3 Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, Gold confiscation, account suspension, or permanent termination. All decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

4. Virtual Economy

4.1 Gold Currency

Gold is the primary in-game currency of RitualOS:

• Gold has no real-world value and is not redeemable for cash
• We may adjust Gold earning rates, prices, and rewards at any time
• Gold is not transferrable between players outside approved game systems
• Gold balances may be reduced or reset if obtained through exploits

4.2 TON Integration

RitualOS integrates with the TON blockchain:

• TON wallet connections are optional
• TON transactions are recorded on the public blockchain
• We never have access to your private keys
• TON transactions are irreversible
• Controlled redemption programs may be offered at our discretion

4.3 No Guaranteed Value

Gold, items, and account progression have no guaranteed real-world value. We make no promises about future value, tradability, or redemption options.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 RitualOS Ownership

All content in RitualOS is owned by us or our licensors, including:

• Game code, art, music, sound effects, and design
• Characters, stories, world building, and lore
• UI elements, icons, and visual assets
• Trademarks, logos, and trade dress

5.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (tavern messages, guild posts, etc.), but you grant us a license to use, display, and moderate it for service operation.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or mine data from the Service
• Create derivative works based on RitualOS

6. Disclaimers

RitualOS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not responsible for lost progress, Gold, or items due to technical issues
• Game mechanics, prices, and rewards are subject to change
• We make no promises about future features, content, or updates

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RitualOS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or virtual items
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service
• Damages from account suspension or termination

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RitualOS is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in class action lawsuits.

8.3 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using RitualOS at any time. To delete your account, contact us at privacy@ritualos.world.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• If you engage in fraud or abuse
• If we discontinue the Service
• For any reason at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data and virtual items. You remain liable for any pre-termination obligations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RitualOS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post or transmit through the Service

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RitualOS regarding the Service.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
